Your app account and website records are separate
Removing an email address or support record from the website does not automatically delete a BIAS app account. For website information, see Website privacy requests.
If you already have beta access
Use the account-deletion and recovery instructions supplied for your accepted app release. The precise steps and deletion scope must match that version. Removing the app from your phone does not submit an account-deletion request.
Read the result carefully
A request receipt, an error, or being signed out does not prove deletion finished. If the app reports server-confirmed deletion with unfinished device cleanup, follow its offered recovery action.
If you cannot sign in
The website contact channel is not open yet. No support, safety, privacy, press, or partnership request can be submitted through this site.
This website cannot verify your identity or perform an app-account action. Use the verified recovery or support instructions that accompanied your access. Do not send a password or identity document through an unverified channel.
