Keep the conversation useful. Protect your account.

Practical context for a safer experience around markets and online communities.

Markets can attract strong opinions, and some people take advantage of them. Treat unfamiliar claims and requests with care, even when they come from a convincing profile.

Recognize pressure and impersonation

Be cautious about guaranteed returns, pressure to act immediately, and requests to move money to unlock profits. A profile image, follower count, or screenshot of a winning trade does not verify identity or results.

Do not share passwords, recovery codes, wallet recovery phrases, API keys, or financial-account credentials in a post or support message.

Reporting availability

The website contact channel is not open yet. No support, safety, privacy, press, or partnership request can be submitted through this site.

If you already have BIAS beta access, use the reporting controls and support instructions supplied for your accepted release. A report is a request for review; it is not proof that content was removed or a decision made.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. BIAS support is not an emergency service.
