A request with clear limits.
What we keep
Bias Social, Inc. stores your email, age declaration, optional device and market preferences, submission time, consent and email confirmation status to review your application and send its confirmation and invitation. We may share anonymous application statistics with investors, never your application or contact details. Resend sends an email with a 24-hour confirmation link. An application becomes verified only when you confirm it. This does not create an app account or sign you up for general marketing.
How long it stays active
Applications stay active for 180 days from the first submission. Confirmation and repeat submissions do not extend that period. Only verified applications are ready for review. Expired requests are excluded from review immediately and deleted during later intake or owner cleanup activity.
How to remove it
Use the withdrawal link in your confirmation email or the private removal link shown after submission. The browser receipt controls only an unconfirmed request first saved with that link. After email confirmation, use the unsubscribe link in that email. A repeat submission cannot replace someone else’s removal link. The owner can also remove records after reviewing a request.
Service and privacy
Sites-managed storage holds the request. Resend processes your email address and verification message to deliver that message. Email tracking is disabled. An essential security cookie and short-lived hashed network identifiers help prevent abuse. No raw IP address is stored by this form. Removal deletes the email, verification jobs and related payload hashes from this form; non-identifying retry receipts and temporary sending budgets remain until their expiry. Separate correspondence about privacy rights may be retained where needed to document how a request was handled; it is not an active beta application. Email-provider logs and backups follow their own lifecycle, so removal is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.
