Website information means beta interest or support correspondence provided through this site. App information belongs to a BIAS app account and follows a separate process. See App-account deletion.

A request is not completed deletion

A privacy request requires proportionate verification before information is disclosed or changed. Receiving a request does not mean data has been located, exported, corrected, or deleted. Unsubscribing from optional messages and deleting records are different actions.
