Website privacy and requests

This website is a product preview.

Visit beta access for the current application status. When the form is open, it asks for your email, optional device preference and permission to review your application and contact you about beta access. Visiting this website or selecting a contact link alone does not create an application or verify an email.

Email confirmation and retention.

A submitted application stays pending until you open the verification link and explicitly confirm your email. Links expire after 24 hours. Applications stay active for 180 days from the first submission; confirmation and repeat submissions do not extend that period. Only verified applications are ready for review. Expired requests are excluded immediately and deleted during later intake or owner cleanup activity.

Essential website operation.

Sites-managed storage holds beta request details, consent and verification status. Resend processes the email address and message to deliver verification, with email tracking disabled. An essential security cookie and temporary hashed abuse counters protect the form; it does not store raw IP addresses. The site also stores your theme preference in your browser. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention lifecycle.

Private issue reports.

The issue reporting form collects a category, title, description, optional page link and optional contact email, plus submission time, notice acknowledgement and review status. These are used to investigate the report, improve BIAS and follow up about the issue, not for marketing or investor reporting. Page-link query strings and fragments are removed. Reports are private to authorized operators and hosted service providers.

Reports remain available for up to 90 days from submission. Expired reports are excluded from review immediately and deleted during later reporting or review activity. An essential security cookie and temporary hashed network identifiers help prevent abuse; the form does not store raw IP addresses. For removal, contact juan@bias.markets with your report reference. Hosting-provider logs and backups follow their own lifecycle.

Raise a privacy enquiry.

Keep the private removal link shown by the beta form. It can remove a request first created by that submission; a repeat submission cannot replace an earlier removal link. Removal deletes the form’s email, verification jobs and related payload hashes. Temporary abuse counters and non-identifying retry receipts remain until expiry. For help, contact juan@bias.markets without sending identity documents or passwords. This contact link opens your email app; it does not submit an online privacy request.
